- Solve the pumbling system.
- Check pressure balance.

My house’s got less flow rate when using shower?
- Check if there is any dirty inside the shower or pipeline.
- Adjust the flow rate.

I want to change the new faucet for basin but my bathroom has only 1 supply pipe while the faucet has 2 rigid tubes. How can I install it?
Connect T-connector with water pipe. Then connect 2 Stop Valve with 2 open sides of T-connector. You can insert the 2 rigid tubes on the Stop Valve.

The divertor on my faucet was stiff and let the water ran from both bath and shower outlet. Please give my suggestion to fix this problem.
The problem occurred because there were deposits on the divertor spindle. To fix this problem, only clean and regrease the divertor.

There are 2 causes of problem include:

Dirt deposit at valve inside the faucet. To correct the problem, only take out and clean the valve.

If you already clean the valve but the problem still occurs, check your pump. It may not adequately supply.

The button on the faucet is divertor. It is used for switch the water from bath to shower outlet. It needs adequate flow pressure to stable it (at least 0.2 bar), when you press on it. In this case you have to increase water pressure to correct the problem.
